Training times are:
Sunday 8.30am - 9.30am, Caernarfon
Sunday 9.30am - 10.30am, Caernarfon (Improvers session)
Tuesday 9.00pm - 10.00pm, Bangor
Thursday 8.00pm - 9.00pm, Caernarfon (two lanes for Intermediates, 3 lanes for front crawl fitness)
Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Bangor
The swimming lanes in our training sessions range from easy to fast so we can cater for swimmers of all abilities.
Training schedules are devised by our ASA qualified coach Roy Woolliscroft to suit each lane. Roy changes the theme of his sessions throughout the year, incorporating all 4 strokes:
• Training sessions from January to March are focused on improving your distance swimming and endurance
• Training sessions from April to September are all about sprints and speed
• Training sessions from September to December are Roy's favourite: technique!
All of the sessions will improve your:
• pool swimming
• open water swimming
• swim technique
• triathlon times
