Revised (due to Caernarfon Pool Closure) Training times are:
Tuesday 9.00pm - 10.00pm, Bangor
Thursday 9.00pm - 10.00pm, Bangor (Intermediates and front crawl fitness session)
Friday 5.30pm - 6.30pm, Bangor
The swimming lanes in our training sessions range from easy to fast so we can cater for swimmers of all abilities.
New members always welcome - just come along to any of the sessions for expert guidance from our ASA qualified coaches, Roy and Gemma.
All of the sessions improve:
• swim technique
• pool swimming
• open water swimming
• triathlon times
Can you swim a length & you'd like to swim it better? Then our adult (18 or over) Improvers courses are definitely for you!
Improver's courses are run in 10 week blocks (with the occassional break), coached by our ASA qualified coach Roy Woolliscroft.
Next Course Starts:
Sunday 2nd September, 10-11am
Places are limited so booking ahead is essential.
For those wishing to progress to the next stage of their swimming career, we offer an Intermediates course. The focus is on front crawl and is ideal for triathletes looking to improve technique and fitness.
Intermediate's course are run in rolling 10 week blocks (with the occassional break), coached by our ASA qualified coach Roy Woolliscroft.
The next set of 10 starts Thursday 26th July 2018 .
